Returns Policy:

sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange

Require

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or Packing Slip, which has your order number on.

Requirements for All Returns (UK and International):

·         Use the returns slip that comes with your order

·        If you do not have your returns slip then make sure your order number, name, mobile and email is in with the returned item(s).

·         Returns must be made within 30 days of dispatch.

·         Item(s) are in new, unused and still in their original condition.

·         All product tags and hygiene strips are intact and in place.

·         Item(s) are in their original packaging as received by you.

·         Have been tried on with underwear beneath.

·         All wetsuits, racesuits and neoprene products must be tried on with the white gloves provided, to prevent nail nicks

·         All items are clean, unwashed and free from stains or odour.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

To receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.
