Sharks offers the ultimate indoor bike sessions with the amazing Stages bikes and the very best TriSharks Coaches.

All sessions held in our bike studio at Sharks Swim Shop, Phoenix Way, Garngoch, Swansea SA4 9WF.

Our sessions are:

• Mon 6-8pm
• Wed 6-7am
• Wed 6-7pm
• Fri 6-7am
• Fri 6-7pm
• Super Sunday Sessions

Monthly membership  - £10 for unlimited classes.
